The Short
Welcome to Hello From Florida!
It is our mission to provide you with up to date information on the beautiful sunshine state! Whether you’re looking for information on a specific city or town that you would like to visit or you’re considering a relocation, our goal to provide you with all of that information here, in one place.
The Long
Lane and Marissa are the founders of Hello From Florida, and call Cape Coral their home. While experiencing some delays after the devastation caused by Hurricane Ian in 2022, they were finally able to get Hello From Florida up and running in early 2024. While This site is a current work in progress, it is growing everyday!
Lane is originally from Michigan, and relocated to Florida as a child in 1976 while Marissa was born and raised in Rhode Island, until relocating to Ft Myers Beach in 1997.
They have been married since 2012 and both enjoy traveling and exploring new cities and towns, which is how Hello From Florida came to be.
We are thrilled you found us and hope you’ll stick around and grow with us!
